Had to start somewhere.
The three ladies rode bikes to school last week, and the youngest came home with a stripped out pedal. THANKS OBAMA.
So we went to Goodwill and found a bike for $10. Back tire was off the rim, has some scuffs, but all in all it's in great condition. BUT, it's a 18" wheeled bike, so the training wheels from her 16" wheeled bike won't fit. Soooo I swapped the back tire, old school style! Now she'd pimped, ridin' on bigs and littles, got that front end up in the air like WHOA.
Even did some weight savings, since the rear caliper wouldn't reach the smaller wheel. It's got a coaster brake anyways. OLD SCHOOL YO.

I built a drive system for a Dalek out of two little girls' bicycles from Goodwill. 12" wheels, though.
